“Disciples” Young Adult Ministry

At our Young Adult Ministry, we believe that authentic community and a vibrant faith go hand in hand. Guided by John 13:35 (NLT) — “Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples” — our heart is to create a space where young adults can grow in their relationship with Jesus while building meaningful, Christ-centered friendships.

We gather bi-weekly in small groups to dive deeper into God’s Word, encourage one another, and walk through life together. Also each month, we come together at church for a night of fun, food, fellowship, worship, and study, creating a welcoming environment where everyone belongs.

We also connect beyond our church walls. Once a month, we join friends for a powerful worship experience with “Like No Other”. Our ministry is passionate about serving, partnering locally with Father’s Heart Ministry in Rochester and Eight Days of Hope in Buffalo to make a real impact in our communities.

Throughout the year, we step away to grow closer to God and each other during our spring and fall retreats in Old Forge, and we travel together to events like the Passion Conference for powerful worship and teaching. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to be planning our first global mission trip, taking the love of Christ beyond borders.
